About Me

I was born and brought up on the beautiful North East Coast. Having studied in Sheffield and London, I enjoyed a long creative career in the fashion industry, which took me all over the world. I now live between London and Sussex where I devote my time to my wonderful family and to painting.

I work mostly in oils as I find this medium allows me to capture the light and texture of nature.

The beach has always been my favourite place to be. I am inspired by the dramatic North East Coast, the fantastic beaches of Cornwall, where I holiday each year, and the Sussex Coast and the beautiful surrounding countryside where I now spend most of my time.
